Level Controller

CLS2-CD level controller is a versatile used compact high & low level indicator cum controller, which can be configured with various level sensors for level controlling and high/low level indication inside a tank or open pits. The Controller due to its small size can be installed inside any existing panel on DIN rail channel or wall mounted.

The level controller can be used with different Cirrus level switch or Level sensors. Controller can be  supplied with optional level sensors - conductivity probe cable type, float type, cable float type etc. depending upon application and user's need.  

Level controller gives one Relay output which can be used for controlling of a pump or alarm etc. Relay has in-built hold-on circuitry arrangement, the relay gets ON once the liquid level reaches low level & gets OFF when liquid level reaches high level. Relay re-energises again only when low level is reached inside the tank. Relay output can be further configured in series to the pump motor’s control panel or starter contactor coil.

Controller is of DIN rail mounting type, it can be mounted on DIN rails inside panels or alternately can be wall mounted though mounting holes provided at its side. LED lamps are provided on its front side for - Low & High level, Relay-ON & Power-ON indications. Due to its compact size, long range, economical price, efficient electronics and level Indication features, it is widely used for level controlling of water, general liquids, solids etc.
